Created for Kingdom Leaders

Wondering who we are? Read this, we'll tell you.

International Training Center was established in 2002 with the mission of empowering leaders for platforms of influence.

Over time, ITC has expanded from a resident program for young singles to now making its training available for leaders of all ages in all stages of life. Through whatever degree of participation you choose, the heartbeat of what we do is to invest into those willing and passionate about developing themselves as a leader of high character and quality of influence.

Our purpose is to raise up mature and valuable leaders to impact their world for good. Our environment is one that is conducive for personal growth and community advancement. We model, teach, train, and activate leadership principles in order to empower leaders and emerging leaders to not only achieve personal success, but to reproduce a leadership model that works.

Our hope is that each one would fully embrace and engage in the power of opportunity given through ITC to make the most of their personal potential and be an asset to their environment as they grow and mature as a leader.

Our number one priority is the Kingdom of God—His rule and reign. Jesus said, “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need.” (Matthew 6:33, NLT)

ITC is for those motivated to see God’s Kingdom established in all spheres of society.

Our purpose is to equip and empower leaders and emerging leaders. By joining ITC, you are saying that you fit this category.

We are not a reform school; we are raising up reformers. We want to see you live out your purpose and impact your sphere of influence for good.

Leaders should be emotionally mature people. We teach and practice the aspects of emotional intelligence as fundamentals to your growth and future success personally, professionally, and socially.

We have created an environment to empower the intrinsically motivated. We will not work harder on your growth than you.

We expect you to take responsibility for your own life internally and externally. We will allow you to experience the effect of your personal choices.

We believe in having a work ethic. This means that you don’t just do what is expected of you, but above and beyond. What you do doesn’t just display your ability, it displays your character.

No one is perfect. We expect the best of your ability—nothing more, nothing less. Part of raising up leaders is seeing their full potential, even when they don’t.

We care about the whole you. Body, mind, and spirit are elements of who you are; therefore, we want you to grow in all three.

Leaders never stop learning. It’s true that the mind is a terrible thing to waste—so don’t waste it.

Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; it’s also what keeps you alive on earth. We want you to be healthy.

We are a Bible-based leadership training center. We believe that the Word of God (written and revealed) is true and is the filter for every decision we make.

A personal relationship with God cannot be cultivated by anyone but you. The more you eat, the hungrier you will become.

To paraphrase the Apostle Paul, “You have the right to do anything, but not everything is beneficial.” (I Corinthians 10:23) This means that just because you can do it, doesn’t mean you should do it. If you have to question whether it’s right, than it probably isn’t.

Live honorably. Manage your thought life, your communication, and your heart uprightly.

You are valuable and we will call you to walk according to the high standard of your value. Purity outside begins with purity inside.

Healthy relationships begin with an exchange of life. We give our very best to you and we expect you to give your very best to us.

Part of leadership is being willing to serve another man’s vision. You will never truly lead if you cannot learn to follow. This is recognizing the value of the whole and giving of yourself to see another succeed. While a part of ITC, you are not just growing yourself, but you are growing a ministry.

Successful partnership requires commitment. This isn’t strictly a matter of time, but a matter of heart. The more you commit, the more you will receive.

Giving you the “power of opportunity” is important to us. We want you to advance, progress, and ultimately succeed. What you do with this opportunity is entirely up to you.

You will be activated in both calling and character. You have a destiny to fulfill and we want you to do it well.

Not every person is the same. We focus on individualized mentorship to best discover and pull out your personal greatness. This also means we will challenge you according to your potential weaknesses.

Part of an empowering culture is giving you the freedom to use your mind, make decisions, use wisdom, and know how to discern truth.

We are honest and real with you and we trust that you will be honest and real with us.

Responding to failure positively ensures growth. We would rather you fail trying than never try at all.

Actions speak louder than words. Our goal is for your words, actions, and your values to align so that you experience total freedom.

The greatest instructions that Jesus gave, put simply, are to love God, love yourself, and love people as you love yourself. It is important that you are open to receive and give love.

Do the right thing—not because you’re afraid of being punished, but because it is right and because you honor God, yourself, and your leaders.

We love and serve people. We expect you, in integrity, to respect, esteem, and validate others with mutual care.

We were born to make other people famous. Always keep a servant’s heart, regardless of task or circumstance. Want the best for people and help them to shine.

Leaders are not lone rangers. Learn to trust the leadership of ITC and resolve that they are out for your good.

Teamwork is essential to reaching goals. Help one another and allow them to help you. We need each other.

Healthy confrontation and feedback are a normal part of our culture. If we see something in your life that we think is not conducive to a leader’s behavior, we will challenge you in it.

This goes both ways. If a leader demonstrates behavior that you question or feel needs adjustment, go to them privately to discuss in a respectful manner.

We expect you to live a life worthy of your calling. You will be responsible to give an account of your life to your leaders when asked.

Your past is not your future. By allowing the God of justice to rule and reign in your life you are opening yourself up to receive His double portion inheritance.

Leadership is a powerful platform of influence for the good of others. By being an instrument of justice, you will be empowered to change your world.

We Believe that The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the revealed will of God (II Tim. 3:15-17; I Peter 1:23-25; Heb. 4:12).
We Believe that there is one true Godhead comprised of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All are coequal and co-eternal (Matt. 28:19; I John 5:7). Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, is the second member of the Godhead (Is. 9:6; John 1:1, 14).
We Believe that man was created in God’s image. By voluntary transgression he fell and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God (Gen. 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Rom. 5:12-21).
We Believe in salvation through the redemptive work of the shed blood of Jesus. Christ became sin and sickness, providing both salvation and healing for all mankind (Ps.103:3). This salvation comes by believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confessing with your mouth, Jesus is Lord! (Rom. 3:24, 10:8-10; Eph. 2:8).
We Believe that the inward evidence to the believer is the direct witness of the Spirit (Rom. 8:16). The outward evidence to all men is a life of true holiness and love. (I John 3:23; John 13:35).
We Believe that Salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ and not by human works; however our works are evidence of our faith and will determine our rewards in eternity (Acts 16;3; Rom. 10:9-10, 14:10-12; II Cor. 5:10; Eph. 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-7; James 2:18).
We Believe that baptism in water is a declaration to the world that a believer has died with Christ and that they have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life (Matt. 28:19; Acts 10:47-48; Rom. 6:4).
We Believe in the millennial reign of Jesus: The return of our Lord Jesus Christ with His Saints from Heaven to rule and reign for one thousand years on earth as the Scripture promised (Rom. 11:25, 27: II Thess. 1:7; Rev. 19:11-16, 20:1-7) After this, there will be a new heaven and a new earth (Rev. 21).
We Believe that all believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek, the promise of the Father, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to the command of Jesus Christ. With this comes the endowment of power for life and service, the bestowment of gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry. This experience is distinct from and subsequent to the experience of the new birth (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4-8, 2:38-39, 10:44-46, 11:14-16, 15:7-9; I Cor. 12:1-31).
We Believe in the evidence of the baptism in the Holy Spirit: the full consummation of the baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and by the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in public testimony and service (Acts 2:4, 10:44-46, 19:2,6, 1:8).
We Believe in the celebration of the Lord’s Supper by eating of the bread and drinking of the cup is a remembrance of Jesus (I Cor. 11:24-30). We call this practice, “communion.”
We Believe that the Church is the Body of Christ and that each believer is an integral part (Eph. 1:22, 2:19-22; Heb. 12:23).
We Believe in total prosperity: spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, and socially (John 3:3, 11; II Cor. 5:17-21; Rom. 10:9-10; II Tim. 1:7; Rom. 12:2; Is. 26:3; Is. 53:4,5; Matt. 8:17; I Peter 2:24; III John 1:2; Mal. 3:10-11; Luke 6:38; II Cor. 9: 6-10 Deut. 28:1-14; Prov. 3:4).
We Believe in the blessed hope that Jesus is coming again to gather all His Saints to Heaven (I Cor. 15:51-52; I Thess. 4:16-17; II Thess. 2:1).
We Believe that those who have not accepted the redemptive work of Jesus Christ will suffer eternal separation from the Godhead (Rev. 19:20, 20:10-15).
We Believe in fostering a Kingdom culture that thrives through love, trust, honor, and unity. Gossip, dissention and criticism are not a part of our community, therefore, we believe in accountability and loving correction to support our covenant values of healthy, life-giving relationship (Matt. 18:15-18; 1 Tim. 5:19-20; 2 Tim. 4:1-2; Titus 1:12-13; Titus 2:13-15; Rev. 3:19).
